Do i need equipment?
The workouts included can be done with as little equipment as possible. All you need is a booty band, Kettlebell or Dumbells. If you don't have any of these then you can replace with an alternative weight. If you need Booty Bands you can order from us on the next page for just £25
can i do this from home?
Yes! All these exercises require little to no equipment and you can easily complete this training from your home, in your garden, in a park or a gym
do i train live with you?
No. This is a downloadable PDF plan that comes complete with your workouts and meal plan. We do have an option to train with us on live workouts but that is not included within this plan. If you need more support or coaching, you have an option to upgrade to our online personal training program, which includes access to daily live workouts and weekly check ins with a dedicated personal trainer. The option to include this comes on the following pages
